Pecan Balls
Get a little nutty and turn my shortbread cookies mix into yummy Pecan Balls!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Shortbread Cookie Mix
- 1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Make Kathie’s Shortbread Cookie Mix as instructed
While mixing, add in chopped pecans
Leave cookies in a ball shape (don’t flatten them with fork)
After baking, roll in granulated sugar while still warm
Let cool on a baking rack
