It’s so easy to turn my muffin mix into delicious blueberry muffins!
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Muffin Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil (OR melted butter)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries
Make Kathie’s Muffin Mix as instructed
While mixing, add in blueberries
