Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Scone Mix
  • 1 stick freezer-cold butter
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup olive oil or a spiced oil like in the picture
  • ½ cup plain yogurt

Instructions

In a large bowl, grate freezer-cold butter into Scone Mix.

Mix quickly, but don’t over mix.

Add grated mozzarella, parmesan, oil and yogurt.

Mix together with spoon or hands.

Pull off golf-ball sized pieces and place on greased cookie sheet about 2″ apart. Pat down gently.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown.

Let cool and enjoy!
