- 1 pkg. Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Scone Mix
- 1 stick freezer-cold butter
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup olive oil or a spiced oil like in the picture
- ½ cup plain yogurt
In a large bowl, grate freezer-cold butter into Scone Mix.
Mix quickly, but don’t over mix.
Add grated mozzarella, parmesan, oil and yogurt.
Mix together with spoon or hands.
Pull off golf-ball sized pieces and place on greased cookie sheet about 2″ apart. Pat down gently.
Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
