Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Muffin Mix
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup soft salted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- ½ cup cocoa
Instructions
In one bowl mix Muffin Mix, cocoa, and baking soda
In another bowl mix salted butter and brown sugar until blended
Add eggs and vanilla to the butter/brown sugar mixture
Mix contents of the two bowls together and add the chocolate chips
Drop spoonful of mixture onto greased cookie sheet, repeat until mixture is used up
Bake at 300°F for 18-22 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
