Holiday Thumbs Cookies
Add a splash of color and fruit flavor to my shortbread cookie mix with these cute thumbprint cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Shortbread Cookie Mix
- 1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter
- 1 jar of your favorite fruit jam or preserves
Instructions
Make Kathie’s Shortbread Cookie Mix as instructed
After forming the shortbread balls, simply press into them with your thumb to flatten the ball and make a thumb indent into the cookie.
Fill the indent with your favorite jam, then bake as per instructions on the package
