Lemon Shortbread Cookies
It’s so easy to add a little light and refreshing lemon flavor to my shortbread cookie mix!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Shortbread Cookie Mix
- 1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- optional: zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Make Kathie’s Shortbread Cookie Mix as instructed.
While mixing, add in lemon extract.
Optional: for a bit more lemon flavor, add zest of lemon.
After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
