Russian Tea Cakes
It’s so easy to turn my shortbread cookie mix into delicious Russian Tea Cakes!
- 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Shortbread Cookie Mix
- 1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Powdered sugar as needed
Make Kathie’s Shortbread Cookie Mix as instructed.
While mixing, add in chopped walnuts.
Leave cookies in ball shape (don’t flatten with fork).
After baking, roll in granulated sugar while still warm.
Let cool, then roll in powdered sugar one more time.
