Sourcream Coffee Cake
This easy-to-make Coffee Cake will stay moist, thanks to the sour cream and the perfect amount of sweetness. This will be hands down the best cake you have ever eaten!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Grease or spray a 9×5” loaf pan.
In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, cream butter with ¼ cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each addition. Add sour cream and combine thoroughly.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Muffin Mix and baking soda and mix thoroughly. Add to wet mixture and stir until just blended.
Combine ¼ cup sugar and cinnamon.
Place half the batter in a loaf pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Top with the rest of the batter and finish with the remaining sugar mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
