These muffins were so delicious! The first time I just made them as-is and they were great. The second time I got adventurous and added a cup of chocolate chips and oh man, did that go great with coffee! It’s hard to find mixes without all the junk in them, and these are made with just a few simple ingredients that I can read and understand. Thank you!
