Belgian Chocolate Brownies

Chocolatey goodness for all occasions!


  • 1 pkg Kathie’s Bakery Scratch Brownie Mix
  • ½ cup oil (such as canola)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Belgian chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 325°F.

Grease the bottom of an 8×8” metal baking pan; if desired, line the bottom only with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together brownie mix, oil, eggs, water, vanilla, and chocolate chips until evenly moist; the batter doesn’t need to be completely smooth.
Spread evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake for 14-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
